Help with Server 2000 Problem

Server 2000 keeps rebooting when it trys to load. I get
almost all the way through the splash screen before it
reboots!! I have tried going in through safe mode but
same problem. How can I fix this?

Hard to tell without seeing it, but i kind of sounds

like incompatible/bad hardware.
