When I write an e mail from my Outlook it stays in my
outbox for hours before it gets sent. I am trying to
figure out if it is a setting or if maybe my Norton is
scanning it and slowing it down. The same thing happens
when I am sent an e mail. I had someone send me an e
mail to my aol account at (e-mail address removed) and copy me
at my outlook e mail address at (e-mail address removed)
and the aol account arrived way before the outlook one.
Any ideas?
I have Outlook 2000 and Norton Antivirus 2003. Hoping to
start using my outlook account if I can get the mail sent.
Thanks
Wendy

1. Don't put your email addresses in the message body and it's a good idea
not to use your address in the 'reply to' box.
2. Send messages by clicking 'send'. Check your Tools>send/receive settings.
