Help with script for changing all profile paths

I'm converting all major shares on my site to DFS shares. However all 200+
users have \\fileserver\profiles\%username% as their 'profile path' in
active directory. With DFS, it'll be change to something like
\\microsoft.com\profiles\%username%

Could anyone point me to a script that can change ALL profile paths in a
given OU?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
