Under DOS I used to be able to print a list of the contents of a directory
(DIR/P), but now I'm using Windows XP and I don't know how to do it!
Can anybody help please?

dir /p - pausing the screen page
dir /ad - naming the obj file where you wanted results
would do it - then - print that file
now
to do what you want - you might try this 'free util'
w/many options - and look at other 'power tools avail'
ie
http://www.karenware.com/powertools/ptdirprn.asp

and take it fr there
