Help with printing business cards

E

Evie

This is driving me absolutely crazy....I am using one of the Avery templates
that come with Word 2002 for business cards. I have created a style I like
in one of the cells for a card. Now what I am trying to do is copy the
contents of this one cell to all the other cells so when I print out the
cards I will have 10 cards on a sheet. The problem comes in when I try to
copy and paste into all the other cells. It will paste it off to the left
side and when I try to move it into the blank area it always jumps back to
the left side of the page. How do I get what I have in one cell copied to
the rest of the 9 cells so I have 10 cards on one sheet? Is there a single
command for this to duplicate in all the blank cells?

Please let me know,

Thanks!
