Help with Prevx

Hi all, and Good Morning! Could someone here please help me?
I downloaded this and am having a couple problems with it....When I
click on the desktop icon it takes me to the file folder (zipped folder
it says), not directly to their "screen"?
And then when I click on the folder it gives me a pop-up warning me it
is in a temp folder and that I should make one especially for it in
Program Files... How do I do this, and how do I transfer it? TIA
