help with plug ins

Hey guys. I am on a new computer and whenever I try to do plug ins, they aren't working. For example,It's a bit silly, but I have been experiencing this in many differnt sites. At www.zatch-bell.com there are these games, screensavers, e-greetings card etc... but it requires a download to do the Mamodospellbook/battles. (iam into gaming) I downloaded it (the plug in) to my desktop, but everytime I click on the mamodo battles I get a message saying saying that I need the plug in even though I already downloaded it. This happens everywhere. I am using Opera. Could that be the problem? Any help???? THX

opera could be the problem although its working in firefox for me, try it in IE6
