Help with Paltalk

After installing and uninstalling several times we still
cannot get paltalk to operate on our win xp. At first I
thought it was our connection to the internet after I
installed a router however I have made another computer
on the same network access just fine. I then did a search
on my machine for anything with "pal" in it and deleted
it and did a fresh download of the program and install.
Now when we try to open the program we get the "can't
find that user" error which we know is working and
accessible from the other computer on the network. What
is left to check?

For third party software you need to contact the maker. So contact PalTalk
for support. Microsoft can do little to support it.
