Help with Outlook

How do I uninstall and reinstall the TCP/IP Stack?

Why do you think this has anything to do with Outlook?

Right-click on "My Network Places" (or "Network Neighborhood", depending on
your version of Windows), click "Properties", find your network connection
and right-click on it, click "Properties", locate the "Internet Protocol
(TCP/IP)" service, click on it, then click "Uninstall". Go to the sam
place, but click "Install..." instead.
