Help with my recycle bin..

Hi all,
I recently did a reinstall on my machine.
All is well except for one weird thing.
I have one admin and 1 user account.
The only problem I'm having is that when logged in as the user account,
whenever I delete a file, it doesn't go to the recycle bin, the icon doesn't
even change to the full state.
The empty recycle bin is also grayed out. This doesn't happen with my admin
account, only the user.

Have you tried Right Clicking the recycle bin icon on

your desk top to bring up the properties dialog box?
There you will see a tab labled "global". Ther you will
see a checkbox labeled "do not move files to the recycle
bin, remove files immediatly when deleted". make sure
this box is not checked. I hope this helps.
