Help With MS Access

Hi - Im wanting to create a database to input predefined information using a form...

So...this is what Im stuck with. I have a list of Product Ranges and also a list of the individual products contained in the range. So how can I create a form, where I select the product range from the first dropdown and then the second dropdown contains only the individual products IN that range.

So for example...first dropdown, I choose "Vitamin E" then the second dropdown would only contain a list of the products within the vitamin E range.

Im so stuck on this! Please can someone help me?
