Help with motherboard

I have problem so please help.....anyone!!!
I got motherboard SL-85ERV2 which did't start at all...excatly it works but
no picture blank screen but fans are working. I notice that capacitators are
gone...I remove them and put new one.
Now i get picture on monitor(it'works), but now i have another
problem....when i restart motherboard no picture; everything starts but
there is no picture...but fans,floopy,hard is working but screen is blank.
When i shut down it is ok, but restart doesn't works, blank screen!
Have anybody some idea? Is my soldering quity?
I have the newest bios (ver2.2)

Quite likely you have stuffed something up when replacing
the bad caps, or havent replaced all the bad ones yet.
