Hi all,

We have a client that uses TS over a point-to-point T1 dedicated to one
application. When the connection is inactive for about 15 min., the TS locks
the screen and the user has to unlock it. We would like to change that so it
never locks but we can't find where the setting is.

The TS is configured to never terminate a session and the client and server
don't have the screen saver active. Where can we change this?

Thanks,
Claus

This IS the screen saver on the Terminal Server.
Easiest to change it with a Group Policy setting:

User Configuration - Administrative templates - Control Panel -
Display
"Screen saver"
"Screen saver executable name"
"Screen saver timeout"

Vera,

Thanks for the reply. The screen saver is not enabled. But I think we found
it in the Local Security Pol. First line under Security.

Which setting do you mean? I can't find any obvious setting which
would lock the sessions after 15 minutes of idle time.
FYI: which line is the first line depends on the sorting order and
the language used. You first line can be very different from mine.
