HELP WITH LOCAL USERS AND GROUPS

i know yee deal with windows 2000 but please help me:hi i am running windows
xp home edition and i cant find local users and groups anywhere. I went to
run and typed mmc then i clicked add/remove snap in and then i clicked local
users and groups then i recieved the following error:This computer is running
windows xp home edition.This snap in may not be used with that version of
windows.To manage user accounts for this computer,use the user accounts tool
in the control panel... please help me thank you..0 but could you please help
me with this problem:

The message is correct. I think you can get it if you boot into safe mode,
but am not sure. Try posting in microsoft.public.windowsxp.general, explain
what you're trying to do. Note that this isn't group policy related either.
 
I think this folder is normally hidden in XP Home. Go to windows explorer;
tools; folder options; view and set "show hidden files and folders" then
take another look.........
