Cannot log on as administrator or user - get you do not
have local policy interactivity permission.

I know where this setting is to change it but how do you
get into the system to change it if you cannot log on?

This is not a networked pc so I cannot log in remotely or
do not know how to. Please help. It's Windows 2000
professional

Since you aren't networked you might want to try a parallel install.
This way you can access the hard drive and make the changes you want.
