Using PPT2002
I have a PPT presentation that contains several linked pictures and Excel
spreadsheets.
I want to send the PPT file to someone else for review but I need to delink
everything leaving only the data as imbedded objects so that when the other
person opens it there will be no "link" message and no need for the linked
files.

Is that possible without manually breaking each individual link?

Sort of, but yes. First, save the file as a different file name. Under the
Edit menu choose Links. Select them all, and click Break Links.

JohnO's explained how to set the Excel links to Manual, but you can't do this
with links to images. Our commercial FixLinks addin will do a lot more, but
the free Demo version both fixes image links and allows you to convert linked
to embedded images. Instrux here:
