Help with installing camera software and internet connection

Help! Everytime I install my Logitech Quickcam Express software I lose my
internet connection. For some reason when I try to use the camera with
Windows Messanger it continuously bumps me offline and I lose the internet
configuration. I have tried the Roadrunner Medic to repair the connection but
it does not work. I have tried System Restore and then I lose the drivers
for the camera. I have to install the drivers all over again. The latest
problem is now that I used System Restore to a different date I lost my CD
roms. I receive an edit for 'No CD Roms".
Oh but as you can see my Internet Connection works. My Camera shows that it
recognizes the hardware but the drivers are gone again. What gives? I
appreciate any help you can give.

What does Logitech tech support say about this? The problem is with
their software.
