Help with install

[love_your_liver]

I was trying to fix windows defender by reinstalling but every time I try it
says there is already an install taking place and that I should cancel it
first. I'm not installing something. Is it hidden? How would find it? Do you
konw how to fix this? THANKS FOR THE HELP
