Greetings,
I am going though the Video Professor's Access 2000 lessons and have
completed the first two. In the third lesson they are showing how to
import an Excel file into Access. I get to the forth page of the
Import Spreadsheet Wizard and the lesson shows that if you click on
the header, the name in the header shows up in the Field Name textbox
and you can change some of the properties. When I try that, the name
of the header does NOT change in the Field Name textbox and the Field
Name textbox does not change as I click on different headers.
I am using Access 2003.
Is this a problem in Access 2003 and is there another way to change
the properties of each column (field) at import time?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
TIA
