Help with getting drivers for Toshiba Satellite P30 laptop

Hi I cant find the drivers I need for my laptop - Toshiba Satellite P30
PSP30A-01Y009, the only site I found has drivers but I can only download one
every 30 minuits and im not sure they are going to work or if they are safe.
I found a site that needs me to download their software to get drivers is
this safe? its this site here:

The other site with a limit of 30 min is here:

I need all the drivers for:

audio controller
video controller
ethernet controller
PCI flash memory
sm bus controller

All of these show up in my device manager as a yellow question mark

and when I check system properties and the general tab I get:

Pentium 4 CPU 3.2 GHz
1.86 GHz , 2.00 GB of RAM

what is the 1.86 GHz is it the amount of ram avaliable because of the
possable video shared ram or is it only detecting 1.86 because of windows?

I forgot to say I need it for Windows XP home or Pro 32 bit as I have both.

Might be a long-shot, but have you tried http://www.driverguide.com/?

To use the site, you will have to register, but as this is a very reliable
site for drivers its well worth it - it's got me out of a hole on several
occasions.

Yeah I did but the drivers wernt there only the manual and some other one. I
did get all the drivers from the site I mentioned with the 30 min wait
between downloads but the one I realy need for the internet the ethernet
controller doesnt work so I will try the site Ormolu said to use.

My P30 is not in the list they have what they have is only P30 with -
S6362ST and S6363ST and S701TD what mine is , is PSP30A-01Y009.

Go here: http://www.aida64.com/downloads
Download the latest AIDA64 Extreme Edition (beta) zip file and unzip to a temp folder.
Right-click "aida64.exe" and use it to determine the manufacturer of the devices you
need the drivers for. Under "Computer" and "Summery", there are links to device
manufacturer websites.

Under "Devices", "Windows Devices", click "Unknown" and it will tell you who made it.

Look for "Hardware ID's" right-click the ID, select "Copy Value" and paste it into a
Google search. Most times you can find the drivers that way. It shouldn't take more
than a hour or so to find all the drivers.
