sheby;
I do not know where I originally found this. It works for me.
[[Create a business card by using Microsoft Word
It's easy to create and print professional-looking business cards in
Microsoft Word. In fact, it's as easy as creating a mailing label. Just
purchase pre-cut business card stock to print the cards on and use the
Envelopes and Labels command (Tools menu) to create the cards.
Enter text in a blank Word document exactly as you want it to appear on the
business card. For example:
Wendy Wheeler
Marketing & Promotions
Wingtip Toys
123 Any Street
Buffalo, NY 55559
Phone: 509-555-0133 E-mail: (e-mail address removed)
You can also insert Clip Art or WordArt into your design. You may need to
resize art to stay within the standard business card size of 2 inches by 3.5
inches.
On the Edit menu, click Select All.
On the Tools menu, click Envelopes and Labels, and then click the Labels
tab.
Click Options.
In the Label products list, click the type of label you want to use.
In the Product number list, click the appropriate business card product
number.
This list changes if you click a different item in the Label products list.
Click OK.
In the Envelopes and Labels dialog box, do one of the following:
To print one or more cards, insert a sheet of card stock into the printer,
and then click Print.
To save a sheet of cards for later editing or printing, click New Document.
Tip The best way to see how your card will look, and to ensure that it is
positioned and formatted correctly before using card stock, is to initially
print it onto a blank piece of regular paper.]]
