Yes and no.
No is the answer that it is not done "normally.
Yes is the answer that it can be done, get this, with NO VBA (g).
the short method for this is to open the Control Toolbox toolbar and
insert an Active X control called Office spreadsheet. That functions
during SlideShow View just like an Excel spreadsheet. You'd have to
add multiple sheets and copy the data from Excel into these sheets
while running a slide show. They will stay updated but are only
editable during a slide show.
I have a sample file I can send you if you want to see it. Post back
with your email address and I will forward it to you. It's a very
simple example file but the concept is the same for more complex
stuff.
