Hi Tiffany,

Are you able to send to other email accounts? is it only happening to this
one address or are there others that it is happening to? Are you sure you
have the exact email address? Is the recipient able to receive other
emails? *try sending from another account, or have a friend send an email to
that address*

Good Luck

The message is recieved when sending from
(e-mail address removed) not to... it seems to be a
random error that comes up when i send group mails or
just have more than one person in teh to: box

the email address appears to be fine as i can send and
recieve messages fine, i recieve this error message when
sending from '(e-mail address removed)' to mulitple
address... ie a group

it seems really random and i am totlay lost for an
answer .. any ideas gratefully recieved

Sounds like you're having an issue with authenticating to the outgoing SMTP
server. Is your dialup server also your email provider? If you are using a
POP3 account, check your account settings, click "more settings", then
"outgoing server" and check the "my outgoing server (SMTP) requires
authentication"...if it is not already. I know we have a user who has a
POP3 account that requires his outgoing mail server to have "auth" after the
smtp...i.e. smtpauth.domainname.com

Good Luck
