Help with editing the registry

I am using a Dell Dimension 4300S with Windows XP--my problem is this..I had
previously set a 'block' for Macromedia FlashPlayer to install in my
"HKeyCurrentUser....Software....Local App Wizared Gen App"..the trouble
is..Macromedia still is able to install and I am unable to figure out how to
undo the block.
I am still able to delete registry entries (for Macromedia/FlashPlayer) in
the "HKeyLocalMachine....Software" section though.

Any educated help is appeciated.
