Help with drive mapping

Ken Pollard

We have windows 2k servers and are running XP, and 9x clients including 95
and 98. We need to do drive mappings based on group membership. How would be
the best way to accomplish this? Thanks

Well one way i think will work is using login scripts.

in your login script use the (net use) command to map your
drive to what ever you want. also to group the users you
want put it in group policy

if you have some users and dont want to go throw with this
trouble, make a batch file and use the (net use) command.

if al else fails use (subst) works good for 95
