After some attempts to download it last night, I have started yet another
download of Vista. Every time, usually around the 500-700 MB mark, it comes
up with a fatal error, but doesn't explain much more. This doesn't crash
anything, just the download. I think the main culprit is my (crappy)
wireless connection. It drops out every 5-10 minutes, which can be easily
remedied by repairing the connection. The download gets interrupted for
about 15-30 seconds, but isn't that what the application was designed for?
If you guys (and girls) could come up with some tips on how to get this
download to run more smoothly, it would be greatly appreciated.
