Most of my incoming efax messages are being rotated and distorted in Windows
Photo Gallery. They work fine with XP in Windows Document & Fax viewer. Any
ideas?

Efax is not a Microsoft application. Have you asked them for help in making
their service compatible with Vista?

Thanks for the input. It's actually JConnect and it's just a tiff file. Works
great on XP. I'll try JConnect but I really feel like it might be a glitch
in Vista. The initial preview of the fax is fine. It only rotates and
distorts when I try to print it from Windows Photo Gallery.

Vista is what it is. Third party manufacturers must comply with its
requirements, not the converse.

Makes sense . . . unless Vista has a known issue. That's never happened,
right? I've put in a support request to JConnect. Thanks for your input.
