Help with custom journal form outlook 2000

Hi - I am quite new and basic with customising outlook forms, however,
I have created a custom journal form to act in a similar fashion to an
electronic note pad to log details from phone conversations and
meetings.

The form is complete and functional, however, I wish to add the
feature that is on the standard tasks form whereby once the form is
marked as completed, it locks and greys out.

Can anyone help me?

That's just an automatic formatting rule. You can make your own formatting
rule work with the fields on your journal form, as long as those fields are
defined on the Journal folder.
