Hello,

could you please help me with the following problem:

When i start windows, i get the following notice:
common client user session has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Exception information
Code: 0x00000ld
Flags: 0x00000000
Record:0x0000000000000000
Address:0x000000000189fd7d
Appname: ccapp.exe
Appversion:2.0.2.806
Modname: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0
Offset: 0189fd7d

than when I point my mouse cursor to the tray icon of Norton Internet
security professional, it disappears from the tray.

So, could you please tell me what to do to keep my norton internet security
activated?
I thank you very much in advance for your kind help.

Suggest going to the Symantec website, from there navigate to the knowledge
base for your version of virus software. Note: This is not a windows
problem - it is a Symantec problem.

Small Note: If you want to learn how to fix/do something, I'll point you to
it, but if you want me to do your work for you, it will cost you $50 USD per
hour - your choice.

Hi;

See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;831431 for a
possible workaround, or better yet see the Symantec solution at:
