I am running Office XP and after reinstalling this program every time I try
to adjust the size of the comment window the cursor changes to a pluse and
then about 30 seconds later it completely dis appears and the computer locks
up. It will not even accept the three finger salute. Control/alt/del Dell
thought it was a hardware problem and after $500.00 I now hate Dell. Same
problem. I have completely reformatted the hard drive and re-installed the
program, loaded all the updates to no avail. If some one in cyber space could
help I would be eternally greatful.
