I would like to have fields in a table show when one is selected. OK I have a
table called tlbfacility, if has a field with a Facility name and a Code for
each facility. When entering records in a form I would like to enter the
facility and have the facility code auto enter. I was thinking of useing a
combo box , but I can only get the facility to show, but when I click on the
drop-down it shows both fields, but only the facility shows in the field on
the form. I also have another table called tlbtitle, it has three fields
Title, Title code and Grade. I wold like to select the Title and have the
title code and the grade appear with it. Thanks in advance.
