All of a sudden I am getting a 2 minute boot delay at the welcome
screen. How would I find what is trying to load to cause this delay. I
have booted with bootlog.txt enabled but that shows me nothing. The
event viewer does not indicate what it is either.

I have studied the problem further and I have the following to add.
I have two machines that have the same setup.
On machine one I see in the event viewer that the TCPIP is listed at
about the same spot that the other machine hangs at.
On machine two there is no listing of TCPIP in the event viewer.
M question is how can I make it show up on machine two.
The net work works fine after the boot albeit long.

At the welcome screen after you log in, windows loads your profile,
starts services, and starts programs that you have set to run at
startup. You could do a "last known good" start, a system restore, or
just run msconfig and turn off all your programs that run at startup.
