My son downloaded the spyware from your site (thank you)
and he has advised me to run it daily I can set it to scan
any day any time which is great. My question is does my
computer have to be on for the scan to run? Is one time of
day better than another?

Thanks

Hi

Its a bug within schedule scan, it will be fixed to Beta 2.
Do a manual
fullscan perhaps once a week.

Most important is not to scan beacuse you have a built in
real time protection.
Be really careful when you "Allow" something that MSAS wants
to either allow or block.

And remember your computer must be on with an admin user during all the time
of the scan (more or less 15 mn). You must wait for the end of the scan.

You have to be logged into Windows to scan, Microsoft AntiSpyware cannot run
scans logged off and yes the scan scheduler is buggy, expect reliability by
beta 2.
