HELP with AUDIO

I was messing around today doing a video, it works fine but I can't get it to go back to the original menu so I can just record voice (audio). so please email me what to do im sorry for annoyin u with this stupid ques but im stuck

Do you mean going to the menu and using Tools > Narrate
