help with array entered formula

Hi,

I need help about this array entered formula:

I am trying to count the non-empty cells depending on a criteria bu
its not working as expected.... maybe i am wrong somewhere.... i a
attaching the file with a very simple example...

any help will be greatly appreciated

Most sensible people won't open file attachments. Any reason you can't
include the formula in plain text in the body of your message?
