Good morning all,

I have just setup a home network at my place 3 computers (2 with
xphome and 1 with 98 se). I am using the D-link 604 as a hub to share
internet. I have setup printers and file sharing and that works pretty
well i can print from any printers no problem.

My problem s that i have all my apps one one computer and i want to be
able to access them from any of the 2 other computers but it s not
working. i.e i set the sharing on folder mozilla firefox. I go to
another computer and from there i can access the folder but when i click
on the apps it s acting as if it was never installed and goes thru the
setup process...same thing for email i cannot access my email from
another computer it acts as if it was never installed before

What do i need to do to be able to share my apps between computers properly

Hi!
I´m sorry about my poor english...
I have solved the problem by installing the apps on a computer running win
xp. In win 98 you are able to run apps from a xp, but you are not able to
run apps installed on a win 98 from a win xp. dont know why, or if this
problem can be solved
