help with an iexplore.exe application error

I get this message can anyone help.

iexplore.exe Application Error.

The instruction at "0x016d3748" reference memory
at "0x016d3748". The memory could not be read.
 
Scan the system with Ad-Aware (www.lavasoftusa.com) and eliminate the
malware products causing the abnormal program termination.

If the problem continues, reinstall Internet Explorer using this method:
