Help with an access database application creation

Would like to deploy an access database as an application, can someone
help me. I like to deploy this database as an application to a
computer that does not have access. Can this be done. If so, HOW?

What version of Access?

You must have the Developer's Version of whatever version of
Access you're using to get a license to distribute the
Access RunTime library.
