Help with AD

Hi,
I am new to Win2k administation and have the following task to finish.
So any help is of great help to me.

Our company has branch offices in 4 locations
Each office has own NT 4.0 Domain and we have Trust relations between
our main office and each of the branch offices.
We recently upgraded main office network to Win2k and is running in
Mixed Mode.
We plan to upgrade the branch office domains also to Win2k Domains and
join them to the AD Forest of the Main Office.
I want to know the steps involved in getting this done.
