help with a 'Link' browser

sometime ago I chanced across a 'browser' that filtered a web page and
presented just a list of the links but I can't for the life of me remember
what it was called and find I now have a need/use for it....

anyone know what this might be??

The current version of Mozilla does this: View | Page Info | Links.

as does the version I'm using, just not as an 'actual' link (I need to
download a few hundred text files from an intranet site)
