Help with a Formula

I have a main sheet set up with small tables labeled with name, task, date. I need a formula that will take the information from other sheets, look for the name,find the appropriate name and fill the name, task and date in to the table on the main page.
 
Look under "vlookup" in Excel help, there is very good tutorial there on how
to do this.
