I can install anything from a disc, and I can view the
contents of discs...but when I click the launch button to
any game that requires the CD, like Starcraft or Warcraft
3, it says the CD ISNT in there. -___-
*also*, I can't click "system" on my control panel, or get
the properties of "my computer" when I right click it.

Hi,
Have you checked your device manager to see if there are any problems with
your CD drive?
Have you tried the cd drive on another machine to see if it's a hardware
issue?
Does your CD drive work during boot up before Windows starts up?

I just finished working on a PC with a similar problem. That machine was
loaded with virus, worms and spy-ware (54 viruses and 859 spyware). Is
your virus checker up to date and have you scanned for viruses? Also you
may want to check for spy ware, I've heard good things about Ad-aware and
spybot (and I'm sure there are others out there that are just as good).
