HELP...windows explorer is missing ALL toolbars

The other day I opened windows explorer and none of the
toolbars were there. How do I get them back?
The drop down menu, location/address and standard buttons
are GONE!
If the drop down menu toolbar was there it would be easy,
but it's not, so how do I get it back...

hit alt-v to get the view menu and add the toolbars as per normal
