My color settings are stuck on 4bit and will not adjust. I have no idea on what to do.When I try to adjust them back nothing happens. Its still stuck. I do not know what to do. please help!

Reinstall the video drivers that came with your card or PC. Or visit the
video chip or card manufacturer's WEBsite for the latest. If you are
unfamiliar with this process, which appears to be the case, consider
asking for help.
