Help where is the application data folder

I would like to know where the Application Data folder is
in Windows XP Pro. Is it under a different name? Can i
get some step by step instructions
 
It's a hidden folder under C:\Documents and Settings\your username. Make
sure you set your folder properties to view hidden files.
