Help what i have to do

i have this message when i open an mpg file on media player
Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the required codec cannot be found. To determine how to obtain the codec identified as {E06D802B-DB46-11CF-B4D1-00805F6CBBEA},

i have installed encoder wat is still wrong
 
MEDIASUBTYPE_MPEG2_AUDIO - Sounds like you need to reinstall your MPEG-2
decoder.
