Help- Weird Files

Win XP Pro.. at the beginning of my Windows directory there are about 30
files that look like this.. all a bit different but essentially have this
format..

$NtUninstallKB823182$ Size is blank Type File Folder
 
They are uninstaller programs for Windows updates. To see
what each is, do a search at MS Help and Support using the
KB823182 or appropriate number.
