I recently read in a magizine about a download that microsoft offered. Ill
give my best description and maybe some one can direct me in the right
direction. the download was of a window that was turned or minimized
horizontal or maybe you could say 3-d . Ive look every where for this
download and it is like finding a needle in a haystack can anyone help.

Sorry, but from your description, I have no idea what you're referring to.
If you try to describe it in more detail, perhaps I or someone else can
help.

Okay ill give it one more shot. The download was to help organize the
windows that are minimized instead of minimizing them in the toolbar it
minimized in a 3-d view. the picture showed a flat window that was turned
sideways so you can view other pages along with this page if i could draw you
ap icture i think it would be better. let me know if anything clicks.

I think you'll find that feature is called Flip 3D. That feature is only available in the new OS called Vista. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
