HELP wanted to set up NEW kit please

Hi guys,
I'm now a disabled pensioner, and just built a brand new kit:
(CASE Aerocool QS183 :: M.Board Gigabyte B450M-S2H :: CPU Ryzen 5 – 2600 AM4 :: PSU Seasonic S1211 620w :: MEM Corvair 2 x 8gb DDR4 :: FAN P12 Pre-opt 120mm :: STORAGE PNY CS900 480gb :: STORAGE 1Tb :: DVD :: GRAPHIC MSI GT-710)
but I can't do the setting up, BIOS etc.

I'm in West Cornwall. Is there anyone that has the time to help me please ?

Hello & Welcome

Leave the BIOS alone, unless you have to 'fix' something. It should automatically detect & setup what it needs to.

You will need to download the latest graphics driver, 'cos that's a rule!

You have Win 10 ??
