Norton has detected Bugbear but I cannot see the file in the \temp directory
to which it refers (yes, see hidden files is on).

How do I delete/quarantine it?

I ran a trial version of Avast. It also detected Swice.11384 and Iframe
Trojans. Norton ignored them. Can't see the files that Avast says are
infected.

My PC now blue screens (something about KERNEL TRAP ??, plus a whole lot
more. Can't read it as it all ), flashes up too quickly) then re-boots.

Any advice?

Do you have your settings setup to view hidden files & system folders?
